2d Material Synthesis + Characterization + Mechanical Testing

We use chemical vapor deposition to grow graphene and flux method for TMDs. Characterization methods such as STM and AFM are used to characterize the materials. Our overall goal is to improve the growth quality for two dimensional materials and use them for various applications.

Measurement of the elastic properties and intrinsic strength of monolayer graphene

Disorder in van der Waals heterostructures of 2D materials
